Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to achieve the scope of work. • Temporary relocation of the building, to allow for the work as shown on the Drawings, shall be included within contractor's bid submission. Contractor shall determine the means and methods, in coordination with Draeger as the building manufacturer as necessary to temporarily relocate the building at a location on site to allow scope of work within this bid to be performed. Location to be approved by Erie County Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Services. Any damage to the existing building during removal, storage, and relocation upon completion of the scope of work shall be at the contractor's cost. • Awarded Contractor to coordinate with Building manufacturer (Draeger) as necessary during relocation(s) to maintain warranty and prevent damage to existing building. • All existing site features that are damaged outside the scope of work as shown on the Drawings, are to be repaired and/or replaced in kind at the contractor's cost.
