Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County is seeking proposals for professional services to partner with the County’s SAP team to support their existing SAP ERP 6.0 system which will be upgrading to S4 HANA in the 2020 timeframe. The Production Support responsibilities will involve supporting modules in SAP ECC, Solutions Manager, Business Warehouse, Netweaver Portal and other future modules and SAP Add‐ons. The support request may involve problem analysis, software modification, configuration of existing functionality, and/or implementation of new functionality. All requests for support will be submitted via the County’s SAP Solution Manager ITSM/CHARM incident, change, and problem management system which will be used to help monitor the status of work and service level agreements. Although break/fix support should be prioritized over enhancements and new functionality, new features and enhancement requests will be assessed a priority and may or may not be actualized depending on the feasibility of the modification within Monroe County’s budget and time constraints. All new functionality must be implemented to work with the County’s current ECC security model prior to the HANA go live and compatible with S4 HANA 1809+ after the upgrade project go live.
