Specifications include, but are not limited to: Roof Inspections A. After award, Vendor shall: 1. Conduct site visits within sixty (60) days of contract commencement, except RTS Seneca and RTS Wyoming (those locations will be ~ one (1) year following construction completion. 2. Provide a draft report (PDF) to RGRTA within ninety (90) days of contract commencement. 3. Submit a final report (PDF) to RGRTA within thirty (30) days of receiving feedback of draft report. B. Annual roof inspection shall occur annually thereafter. 13. Other Services A. All other services shall occur only as requested and approved by RGRTA 1. Emergency response related to roofs 2. Roof maintenance 3. Roof reconditioning 4. Leak tests and troubleshooting roof system(s) for proper diagnostics and repairs 5. Waterproofing 6. Minor restorations 7. Core samples/testing 8. Moisture surveys 9. Repair of cracks, blisters, drains, vents, scuppers, gutters, jacks, roof hatches, sleepers, flashing, copings, downspouts, dormers, gravel stops, parapet walls, expansion joints, punctured membrane, etc. 10.Inspect ice melt system a. Reattach ice melt system if cables are deemed loose 11.Reseal areas where sealant has broken down 12.Power wash algae off roofs, as applicable 13.Snow removal on an as needed basis
