Replace Uninterpretable Power Supply (UPS) Batteries located at WTC, floor 53. The UPS Battery cabinets currently supporting essential IT infrastructure in the building have not undergone battery replacement since 2017/2018-time frame. The batteries installed Model 12HX505-FR are VRLA-type units with a manufacturer-rated design life of approximately 5-7 years under optimal conditions. Given the elapsed time, these batteries have exceeded their expected service life and pose a growing risk of failure which could compromise operational continuity during a power interruption.

A: All work is scheduled during the normal business hours.

If the technician/vendor requires loading dock access Durst will have to confirm approval. Only then will I be able to schedule a date and time for Loading Dock Access (VS3). All insurance must be approved, and the scheduled delivery date must be entered in the VS3 (loading dock system) 24 hours in advance from the schedule delivery date. FYSA, the loading dock could approve or deny a scheduled delivery date based on the above criteria. Lastly, I will email the vendor (delivery company) once approval is granted, requesting drivers’ information (see attached) , vendor information (see attached), vehicle information (see attached), in addition I will ask the vendor for potential delivery dates and times.

Please note: If the technician and/or vendor does not need loading dock access meaning that they can carry their equipment in a utility bag. An approved (COL & Hold Harmless) must be on file before a technician could be granted access entirely then please provide a list of names of each technician, date, and a time for when they would like to perform services. This information must be entered in the visitor alert system prior to gaining access.
