Beaumont Hall, constructed in 1972 is a 80,885 GSF, five-story building with multiple roof areas. Beaumont Hall is an academic building. The facility Building, constructed in 1966 is a 28,100 GSF one-story building. The Facility Building houses facility offices, building system maintenance, central printing, and the bakery The Service Garage was constructed in 1966 and is a 4,000 GSF one-story building. The Service Garage houses landscaping and maintenance. The Infirmary was built in 1972 and is a16,495 GSF one-story building. The infirmary houses health services. The Project is to replace the entire roofing systems including membrane, insulation, and all other components at the four buildings. Ancillary work includes replacing equipment screening, removal and reinstallation of mechanical equipment, concrete repair, and modification to existing parapets. The Project includes the removal of hazardous materials.
