The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Replace Roof � Miller Campus Center project at the State University of New York College of Technology at Canton. The Miller Campus Center, constructed in 1967, is a three-story building with a roof area of approximately 44,000 square feet. It has multiple EPDM roofing systems installed between 1994 and 2001, including various translucent skylight systems. The Project will replace the roof system at the Miller Campus Center. Work includes full removal and replacement of the roof, skylights, and rooftop mechanical equipment. The new roofing system will comply with current energy codes, and any hazardous materials encountered will be abated.
