1.1. Furnish/install/deinstall a 70’ X 50’ outdoor synthetic ice-skating rink with rink walls, and all necessary materials required to properly install rink. 1.1.1. Rink walls shall surround entire rink and be approximately 4 feet tall. Walls shall be made of plexiglass and aluminum. Rink walls Two entry gates shall be included. See attached Exhibit G for example of required rink walls. 1.1.2. The City will provide three (3) full color graphics to the awarded vendor to produce and install wall decals. Decal one shall be approximately 3’ long by 2’ tall. Decals two and three shall be approximately 2’ long by 2’ tall. 1.2. Provide three (3) benches for shoe changing area (Equipment Only). 1.3. Provide two (2) 1,100-watt outdoor speakers with Bluetooth playback capabilities (Equipment Only). 1.4. Provide four (4) 10’x 10’ tents with covering for three-sides and industry standard weighting (Equipment Only). 1.4.1. Each tent shall include one (1) infrared heater and one LED light. Two (2) of the four tents shall be used by awarded vendor for skate rental distribution and hot chocolate station. The remaining tents shall be occupied by the public as warming stations. 1.5. Provide appropriately sized generator, and fuel, to power all aforementioned electrical equipment (Equipment Only).
