AS OF 27 APRIL 2021, THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN AMENDED TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL COMMUNICATIONS WORK (AMONG OTHER THINGS). SEE AMENDMENT 01 and 02 FOR COMPLETE DETAILS.
Interested parties should note that a combined pre-proposal conference/ site visit will be held on 28 April 2021 at 1000. See Page 8, Paragraph 2 of the solicitation document (SF1442) for details. In order to limit exposure due to COVID19, we are requesting that all Prime Contractors limit attendance to two (2) representatives per company. All persons attending the site visit will be required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing policy. Contractors are required to bring their own mask.
IT IS IMPERATIVE that interested contractors register for the pre-proposal conference/ site visit AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and no later than 26 April 2021 (see Page 11, Paragraph 2 of the solicitation document (SF1442) for instructions). If you show up at the gate on the day of the site visit and have not registered, you may be turned away.
Finally, if you have been in close contact with a person who has been confirmed to have COVID-19 or if you are experiencing Fever, Cough or Shortness of Breath STAY AT HOME.
