Contractor to provide all construction services and material necessary to renovate Bldg 36 Wheel and Tire Shop at the 109 AW/Stratton ANGB in Scotia, NY IAW the attached SOW, dated 24 March 2022. Please see the solicitation for all details. Contractors should carefully review pages 5-7 for Evaluation Factors and Instructions to Offerors.
The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236210 and the size standard for small business is $39.5M.
This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside (SDVOSB - IAW FAR 19.1405)
Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250.000.
Award will be made based on Price, Technical and Past Performance.
Any changes to this solicitation shall be accomplished via formal amendment.
