Specifications include, but are not limited to: MonroeCounty(“theCounty”)issolicitingproposals on behalf of the county social services district, the MonroeCounty Division of Social Services (MCDSS), for a Family and Friends Child Care Awareness Campaign. ProspectiveRespondents must offer a proposal that will meet the scope of services, qualifications and general description ofwork activities identified in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).In responding to this RFP, Respondents must follow the prescribed format as outlined in Section 3. By so doing,each Respondent will be providing the County and MCDSS with data comparable to that which was submitted byother Respondents and, thus, be assured of fair and objective treatment in the County review and evaluationprocess.
