The successful respondent shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, programming, commissioning, documentation, and training necessary to deliver a turnkey audio system that meets or exceeds the following minimum requirements: • **New Speaker System** – Design and install loudspeakers to ensure uniform coverage at every seat. Speakers shall be aesthetically coordinated with the ceiling/structure and powered appropriately. • **Wireless Microphone Upgrade** – Supply at least eight (8) digital, encrypted, wireless tabletop or gooseneck microphones with rechargeable batteries. Each microphone shall appear on an independent mixer channel to allow per-position equalization and gain. • **Wiring Re-organization** – Remove abandoned cabling, label all terminations, and provide new cable management pathways. Provide updated rack-elevation and wiring diagrams. • **Amplifier Relocation** – Relocate the power amplifier(s) and any associated DSP, networking, or PoE injectors to the downstairs control room. • **Digital Signal Processing & Presets** – Provide a DSP matrix/automixer capable of storing at least four (4) user-selectable presets (e.g., Town Board, Zoning Board, Hybrid Meeting, Public Hearing). Preset recall shall be available touch-panel or other device both in the meeting room and control room and a web interface. • **Hybrid / Recording Integration** – Provide balanced outputs and USB/AVB network interface for integration with existing video-conferencing and recording equipment
