Hudson Valley Community College is seeking proposals from organizations providing occupational health testing and ancillary service programs. These programs include: Hepatitis B Vaccines Blood Borne Pathogen Exposure and Post Exposure Follow-Up Pulmonary Function Testing (NIOSH Certified) Respiratory Fitness Programs Collection for Drugs of Abuse for Reasonable Suspicion Testing Alcohol Testing for Reasonable Suspicion Testing Independent Medical Examination (Fit for Duty Exams) Back X-Rays for Pre-Employment Workers’ Compensation-Related Services (If we are disputing a finding) The medical team includes providers who are authorized by the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board to oversee injury care and management for worker’s compensation-related cases. We are experienced in assessing injuries, overseeing treatment, evaluating return-to-work readiness, and preventing re-injury. Hudson Valley Community College would also like the ability to retain services for unanticipated future evaluations related to exposures to the hazardous agents, including its effects, permissible and actual exposure levels, biologic monitoring, and regulatory requirements as needed.
