The Contractor shall include but not be limited to providing all labor, material, equipment, tools, and supervision required and necessary to repair, replace, maintain, inspect, test, diagnose, calibrate, analyze, trace, and verify all components, units, modules, controllers, devices, local/area networks, and to provide the system programming of the DDC systems and subsystems. The scope of work also includes related repairs to the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems which the DDC system controls. This includes and is not limited to central processor units, monitors, keyboards, printers, modems, processors, microprocessors controllers, control modules, transducers, relays electrical power supplies, all related wiring VAV terminals, all sensors, freeze-stats, filter sensors, fan status switches, valve actuators, damper actuators, all controllers including room and zone thermostats, all ancillary systems controls, all components of work stations, control panels, equipment controllers and sensors, all components of software systems, all control units and modules and all other components of the DDC System
