Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services of the Consultant shall generally consist of performing a planning study as required to identify viable alternatives in response to the anticipated system demand presented by the FAA and RPA Studies, noted above ("referenced studies"), as well as, but not limited to United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) funded studies, as applicable. Â Said services shall include reviewing existing system characteristics and constraints; performing an analysis to identify potential future capacity requirements and constraints; identifying and evaluating potential alternatives to meet the Authority's Goals and Objectives in consideration of existing constraints and current facility characteristics; and assessing alternatives in terms of practicality, operational and economic feasibility. Services to be performed by the selected Consultant may be funded in part by the FAA through an Airport Improvement Program grant. As previously stated, the environmental screening to be conducted as part of this study is not intended to meet the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The overall schedule for completion of the Consultant's services hereunder is 18 months
