Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. 1. The Contractor shall provide one (1) on-site preventative maintenance inspection of the Equipment per year of the Agreement. On-site preventative maintenance inspections shall be made in accordance with Qiagen’s, EZ1 Advanced XL Checklist and QIAcube Annual Inspection. 2. All on-site preventive maintenance services shall be conducted by the Contractor at an OCME facility and performed during regular City business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, local time, Monday through Friday, except for recognized City holidays. 3. The Contractor shall commence any on-call telephone repair support service within two (2) business day of an OCME request for such service. The Contractor shall commence any on-site repair service within three (3) business days of an OCME request for such service. 4. The Contractor shall provide all necessary replacement parts to maintain the Equipment. Replacement parts will either be new parts or rebuilt parts that, in the Contractor’s judgment, are of like quality and capable of equal performance to that of any new part. The Contractor will take possession of all replaced parts, unless otherwise agreed. 5. The Contractor shall provide labor, travel, and new or rebuilt parts at no additional charge to the OCME, as part of the covered service. 6. In order to minimize disruption to OCME operations, the Contractor shall schedule services to occur only at times that have been previously agreed to by the OCME Authorized Representative.
