The Town of North Elba is seeking proposals from qualified professionals for the design and installation of a community pump track system at the North Elba Athletic Fields.. This track will be located at the North Elba athletic fields. The proposed system does not need to take up the entire site but should include two separate tracks. Track 1 should be smaller and designed for users at beginner to moderate skill levels. Track 2 should be larger and designed for more advanced skill levels. Both tracks should be of an engaging design and meet industry standards for functionality, maintenance, and safety. Features should include rollers, berms, and flow-friendly features as appropriate. Proposals can include other site features that enhance user experience i.e. benches, bike repair stations, etc.
