The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”), seeks to engage the services of one Project Management Consultant for Infrastructure Projects at the Throgs Neck Bridge. MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D) is seeking to retain the services of a Project Management Consultant (“PMC”) for Infrastructure Projects at the Throgs Neck Bridge. The PMC shall provide Pre-Construction Support Services, Construction Support Services, and Closeout Services on behalf of the MTA C&D for the following four (4) projects (the “Projects”) as set forth below: 1. TN-9A/TN-9P – Miscellaneous Structural Rehabilitation and Painting at the Throgs Neck Bridge 2. TN-9H – Prototype Rehabilitation of Approach Substructures at the Throgs Neck Bridge 3. TNM-405 – Replacement of Sidewalks and Curbs at the Throgs Neck Service - Building (MTA Small Business Mentoring Program) 4. TNM-407 – Installation of Guiderail and Bollards at the Throgs Neck Bridge Service Building - (MTA Small Business Mentoring Program)
