3.1.1. Concert Stage 3.1.1.1. One (1) main concert stage of similar size to 2024 Summer Sizzle Concert Series. Please see Exhibit F which shows prior year concert stage setup. 3.1.1.1.1. For reference, 2024 stage was 24’ wide x 20’ deep x 44” high and included two risers, sunshade, roof cover, stairs and safety railing. 3.1.1.1.2. Selected vendor will be required to file for a building permit with the New Rochelle Building Department. Fees related to any permit filing with the City of New Rochelle shall be waived. 3.1.1.1.3. Selected vendor will be provided access to the Ruby Dee Park to construct stage only after building permit has been filed with the Building Department, but not more then one (1) week prior to the start of the Summer Sizzle Concert Series. 3.1.1.1.4. Selected vendor is responsible for securing stage at all times including during periods of no performances. 3.1.1.1.4.1. Securing stage shall include a complete ring of 4’ high metal barriers around entire stage. Barriers will be provided and installed weekly by vendor. 3.1.1.1.5. Selected vendor shall have one (1) week from the completion of the last concert to remove ALL EQUIPMENT from Ruby Dee Park. 3.1.2. Video Wall 3.1.2.1. Selected vendor to provide one high-definition video wall, similar to 2024 Summer Sizzle Concert Series, to be setup at rear of stage. Video wall to be used to promote upcoming Summer Sizzle concerts and other City events/messaging prior to shows beginning. Video wall must be on at least one hour prior to concerts beginning and for at least 15 minutes after concerts ending. 3.1.2.2. For reference, 2024 video wall was 23’ wide x 10’ high (2.99mm resolution). 3.1.3. Lighting Equipment 3.1.3.1. Selected vendor to provide LED lighting equipment similar to 2024 Summer Sizzle Concert Series. 3.1.3.2. For reference, 2024 lighting included 6 movers, 12 wash lights, and 12 up-lights. 3.1.4. Sound Equipment 3.1.4.1. Sound equipment must be capable of producing professional, clear quality audio for an outdoor audience at Ruby Dee Park. 3.1.5. Electrical 3.1.5.1. Selected vendor shall be responsible for providing all power and cabling for Summer Sizzle Concerts. All cables shall be covered using cable ramps. 3.1.5.2. The City will not provide any power.
