This Contract includes the production of high-quality, large-format, rigid display materials. These materials will be used for various purposes, including events, trade shows, museum exhibits, and other public area displays. The finished products must meet the highest standards for print quality, material durability, and accuracy. The key areas of this Scope of Work include: a) Material Selection: Sourcing and selecting suitable rigid substrates such as Sintra, Gatorfoam, acrylic, and wood panels based on the client's specifications. b) Printing: High-resolution, large-format digital printing using advanced equipment to achieve vibrant colors, sharp details, and a durable finish. Printing methods will include direct-to-substrate printing or high-quality vinyl graphics. The final print quality and color calibration must be approved by the client. c) Finishing: Precision cutting, routing, and shaping of printed materials to the specified dimensions. This includes options for edge finishing, lamination, and integrating hardware for mounting or assembly. d) Quality Control: A rigorous quality control process to ensure all materials meet the specified standards for print quality, color accuracy, dimensional tolerance, and structural integrity.
