Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Rochester, New York, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations (hereafter referred to as Proposer) to produce and manage a concert series, entitled Party in the Park, at the Riverside Festival Site (Court Street at Exchange Boulevard) in downtown Rochester, on up to ten Thursday evenings, from mid-June 2013 through midAugust, 2013. This series will feature national and local talent that will attract a broad range audience. The City of Rochester shall cover the procurement and costs of the following production expenses: a. Festival site rental b. Sound/lights c. Stage d. Generator e. Police and traffic control, pedestrian assistance services f. Marketing/advertising g. Portajohns h. Barricades i. Rolloff container and disposal j. Refuse containers k. Site fencing l. Ticket taking and cash handling services (via Blue Cross Arena)
