Scope of Work The printer will provide the full color printing needed for the B5 Grant deliverables during the contract term. Below is a list of print deliverables by category that we anticipate. Each category provides a description of the expected specifications and types of work. 1. Training Manuals - approximately 20-50 pages, plus covers 8.5" x 11, cover 4/4 on C2S 100# cover with bank of 6 die-cut tags in between. Some prints may require tabs, wire binding, or other types of print finishing. 2. Graphically Designed Fliers & Posters - 1-2 pages gloss, full color in varying sizes including 8.5x11, 11x17, 18x24 3. Palm cards - front and back, rounded corners, 20 mil composite card, matte finish on front and back, non-tear synthetic paper, 2.75" wide X 3.5" high full color 2 sides 4. Books - 8.5" x 11", Cover prints 4/4 +AQ, text prints 4/4, 100# white cover, 100# white text trim, fold, score, 21-36 pages, saddle stitch. 5. Coloring & Activity Books - approximately 25-30 pages, plus full color covers, saddle stitch. 6. Folders with Inserts - 6-inch rounded pockets, with 4-page inserts bound to the folder. 6 pages, saddle stitch, (full color, gloss 100# silk, 6- inch rounded pockets), with 4 -page insert attached (full color, gloss, 16pt CS1). Refer to Attachment 6. 7. Spiral Bound Packets - 8.5 x 11, full color, higher pound paper for internal pages, glossy covers
