Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The services desired consist of the preventative maintenance of the equipment listed below in Exhibit A. Samples of the expected preventative maintenance for each piece of equipment are attached in Exhibit B. Be advised these samples are the minimum required PM. The selected contractor will work with the Facilities Manager regarding any adjustments. The listed equipment is located in 4 locations. Albany Garage, (110 Watervliet Avenue) Schenectady Garage,(24 Maxon Road) Troy Garage, (40 Hoosick Street), and the office building at (85 Watervliet Avenue), Albany, NY. B. Contractor shall provide Preventative Maintenance on listed equipment using the time guidelines listed below. Please Note: Frequency on service varies from annual, bi annual, quarterly and monthly.
