The transformer shall be Pole Type Distribution Transformers with the following features: a) General - All items shall meet the following: 1) Single phase, oil-filled, self-cooled, 65 degree C rise, 60 cycle. 2) Supplied with externally adjustable four (4) - 2 1/2% taps below rated primary voltage. 3) Color shall be light gray number 70 Munsell 5BG7.0/0/4, conforming to N.E.M.A. standards. 4) Include 1 set of hanger brackets. 5) HV and LV Bushing terminals shall accommodate both aluminum and copper conductors. 6) Must conform to DOE energy efficiency standards as mentioned in the Federal Register document published 1/11/2023. 7) The manufacturer shall supply a guarantee that every transformer meets the qualifications of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to be classified Non-PCB and give the maximum ppm PCB in the transformer oil. The insulating oil will also be tested to confirm no corrosive sulfur is present before filling transformer. The transformers shall have affixed an appropriate label indicating that it is non-PCB per EPA and NYSDEC standards, and a label indicating that the transformer does not contain corrosive sulfur. b) Items - E1-E4 shall meet the following: 1) All items in Section a). 2) Primary voltage rating 2400/4160GRDY. 3) Secondary voltage rating 120/240. 4) Type “Conventional” (w/options). 5) One (1) porcelain primary side mounted bushing. 6) Three (3) polymer secondary bushings. 7) One (1) 3kv, primary, polymer, normal duty MOV arrester, applicable at 2400/4160GRDY Volts. 8) 60kv BIL. 9) Item E1: Overall height not to exceed 28”. 10) Item E2: Overall height not to exceed 30”. 11) Item E3: Overall height not to exceed 42”. 12) Item E4: Overall height not to exceed 42”...
