The Town of Brighton is soliciting proposals from qualified professional planning and engineering firms to provide selected planning and engineering services under a term contract on a scheduled basis. The range of services needed may include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: a. Local zoning, subdivision and related land use regulations; b. Town and generally accepted design and engineering standards; c. Site design and layout of vehicular and pedestrian circulation, parking and loading; d. Road design, including street and sidewalks plans and profiles; e. Drainage and storm water management design, with particular attention to maintaining compliance with the requirements of the SPDES MS4 General Permit GP 0-15-003 (six minimum control measures); f. Grading and stormwater pollution prevention plans; g. Geotechnical investigation and slope stability analysis; h. Site plan, grading plan, engineering plan, architecture plan, and construction plan review; i. Construction administration and observation; j. Survey consultations (boundary, easements, topographic, etc.); k. Environmental Impact analysis and ecological assessments, including compliance with the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act
