The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals for the provision of consulting services. The selected consultant will provide operational and technical support services for specific toll collection initiatives, new toll technology procurements, and the on-going operation and maintenance of several revenue collection initiatives for Port Authority. The specific programs involve toll collection at the Port Authority’s tunnels and bridges, the operation of the New York Customer Service Center, the operation of the E-ZPass Plus® parking payment system at the Port Authority’s airports, and the toll reimbursement program for Port Liberty New York.
