Tasks to be performed by the Consultant may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: A. Manage the content, exporting, and access control processes of electronic lifecycle information and data in various formats including but not limited to DWF, TIF, PDF, etc. Assist the Engineering Department in deploying the information and data on various communication platforms including, but not limited to: 1. LAN 2. Intranet 3. Extranet 4. Enterprise Content Management (“ECM”) Systems 5. File Transfer Protocol (“FTP”) sites B. Manage the full administration of Engineering/Construction content through its lifecycle, including, but not limited to: 1. Acquiring, organizing and processing information in the designated information management database; 2. Performing administration and quality control measures; - 2 - 3. Managing the export of electronic lifecycle information and metadata using Engineering’s SQL based database software, Direct Print Index (Canon), in conjunction with Content Server (Open Text); and 4. Tracking and processing project close-out information utilizing a substantial completion project list.
