● Provide direct evaluation and Speech Therapy treatment services in compliance with Federal and New York State Education law and regulations, and in accordance with each student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP), as prescribed by the District’s Committee on Special Education (CSE) or subcommittee of the CSE. ● Provide on-site, NYS-licensed Speech Language Pathologists to meet the treatment needs of the district. ● Provide timely and thorough Speech evaluations and reports as requested by the District’s Committee on Special Education (CSE) or subcommittee of the CSE, including initial eligibility evaluations and triennial reassessments using appropriate standardized testing methods and professional observation and data to support recommendations. ● Complete all relevant sections of the student’s IEP including inputting test scores, and completing the present levels of functioning, strengths, needs and narrative descriptions, as well as development, inputting and progress monitoring of appropriate goals in the domain of physical development and communication. ● Review educational records, including communicating with individuals involved in the creation and implementation of each student’s IEP.
