General Per Diem Substitute Psychologist Services to Be Provided: ● Provide on-site licensed psychologists to meet the treatment needs of the district. ● Provide direct psychological evaluations and services in compliance with Federal and New York State Education law and regulations, and in accordance with each student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP), as prescribed by the District’s Committee on Special Education (CSE) or subcommittee of the CSE. ● Provide emergency/crisis evaluations regarding suicidality and homicidality, suspicion of abuse, and other clinical evaluations related to student safety and mental health, as needed within the school building as requested by district administration. ● Complete comprehensive psychological evaluations and reports for the District’s Committee on Special Education (CSE) or subcommittee of the CSE, including initial eligibility evaluations and triennial reassessments using appropriate standardized testing methods and professional observation and data to support recommendations. ● Complete all relevant sections of the student’s IEP including inputting test scores, and completing the present levels of functioning, strengths, needs and narrative descriptions, as well as development, inputting and progress monitoring of appropriate goals in the domain of physical development.
