The consultant will act as project manager and as the City's liaison within the Open Gov project management team. Areas of responsibility include planning and coordinating activities, create and attend working sessions to identify need, recommend customizations, integrate Geographic Information Systems (GIS) EAM data, and provide consultation with the City's GIS staff. This individual will utilize existing workflow created within system draft inputs for labor, materials, equipment, and activities for each working group. Specifically, the project will focus on the following key steps: • Data extraction within current systems and inventory • Procure and input historical references into the new system • Modify data design and structures to match workflows for participating work groups • Identify the needs and workflow “keys to success” • Set up preventive maintenance and scheduled work plans for the activities of each group and integrate City GIS asset data into Open Gov EAM
