Vendor will provide preventive maintenance service on flow matcher systems on various pumps. Service is to include a written bound report for each flow matcher installation listing the present condition, remedial work completed and level settings for each flow matcher. Service to also include drain and flush electrolyte systems, acid wash if necessary, disposal of electrolyte, recharge and supply to each system, adjust pressure switches and control timers to specs. Check electrical controls, pumps, and air compressors for proper operation, balance and check bubbler system. Price to include all labor and electrolyte. Erie County will provide distilled water. This service is only required once in a 12-month period. Vendor is to check for leaks and provide a report upon completion. Vendor to make arrangements with Chief Operator to set up date and time.
