1. All Pre-School Children will be approved for services by the County. 2. Only Essex County children will be transported unless authorized by Essex County HealthDepartment. All contractors who plan to transport regular school children or children fromanother route or county with Essex County preschool MUST have prior approval from the EssexCounty Health Department. 3. Car seats are required for each child four years old and younger or weighing forty (40) pounds orless. Car seats, booster seats, and/or seat belts must be used for all children. All children mustbe securely fastened in their seats prior to any movement of the bus. The Contractor isresponsible to providing and maintaining all safety seats and restraints.
