Training Compliance for all staff 8. Policy review and revisions 9. Scheduling for staff 10. Identify meeting schedules and needs 11. Re-aligning and standardizing of supervision of staff 12. Program scheduling and enhancement 13. Establish recreational areas including trailer for enhancement 14. Community Re-Integration for AO youth 15. Youth employment opportunities developed 16. Re-establish the youth grievance process including timelines, Grievance Coordinator, and processing PREA Certification: (anticipated 18-month process) 1. Development of a Zero Tolerance Policy 2. Develop Memorandum of Understanding with local hospital, advocacy/ rape crisis center, and Sheriff’s Department 3. Establish PREA Training Curriculum for all staff 4. Establish PREA Educational Training for all residents 5. Develop comprehensive PREA Vulnerability Assessment Instrument at Intake and periodically throughout a youth’s stay 6. Develop medical guidelines pertaining to PREA standards 7. Develop clinical guidelines pertaining to PREA standards 8. Obtain PREA boxes, signage, and forms in Spanish and English 9. Identify and train a Facility PREA Coordinator Establish data collection methods 10. Work with IT to add PREA information, Zero Tolerance Policy, and Third-Party reporting onto the 11.
