1. Steuben County primarily uses, but is not limited to, 141 and 282 cubic foot oxygen tanks, #4 (145 cubic ft.) acetylene tanks and 282 cubic foot 75/25 argon co2 tanks. 2. *Demurrage Charge applies per month for non-rotated cylinders only. *Demurrage –The detention of a vessel, railway freight car or other commercial conveyance (cylinder/tank) beyond the specified time for departure, as a result of loading, unloading, etc. Compensation for such delay. 3. For the purpose of this bid only, delivery charges will be allowed. 4. When furnished product does not conform to these specifications or are deemed unsatisfactory by the Commissioner or his designee, payment(s) due will be withheld to the vendor. 5. Product Information: The bidder shall provide ongoing product information sheets, specification sheets, and bulletins issued by the manufacturer/supplier. Failure to provide product information shall be deemed sufficient grounds for rejection of bid(s).
