Clubhouse Facility • Provide proper drainage systems (including catch basins at entry gate) with regrading and landscaping of the grounds and adjacent areas in order to prevent mudslides or flooding • Assess structural foundation and provide stabilization • Install new roof slab with required waterproofing membrane • Refurbish or replace plaza deck above roof • Restore, Replace or remove wooden pergola structure at exterior including new footings • Replace storefront between facility and rink, including entrance doors and clerestories • Renovate office spaces, pro shop, and skate rental areas as needed • Renovate/replace ticketing kiosk • Refurbish/replace Zamboni storage area and ice melting pit and equipment as needed • Refurbish/replace sound booth room and equipment as needed • Upgrade Overlook area which may include but is not limited to new food service and seating • Renovate existing entrance to meet ADA requirements Rink • Remove and replace existing refrigeration pad and slab or abandon in place and install a new pad and slab over the existing. Replace curbs and pad edging. If slab elevation is raised for new refrigeration pad, provide accessible access • Replace drainage system around refrigeration pad, including ejector pits • Provide stormwater management which may include but is not limited to adding rain gardens, detention systems, catch basins, landscaping, raising the level of the rink slab. Obtain all DEP SWPPP permits as required • Provide new dasher boards, including new anchoring system • Provide new rubber floor matting and sub-base • Refurbish or provide new exterior floodlights and poles, including electrical connections and equipment as required • Provide Zamboni storage garage / shed and ice melting equipment (may be included in clubhouse footprint) with required electrical and plumbing connections
