Specifications include, but are not limited to: Battery Park City Authority d/b/a Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (“BPCA”) requests proposals (individually a “Proposal” and collectively the “Proposals”) from information technology and software development, consulting, and support firms (individually a “Proposer” and collectively the “Proposers”) to provide BPCA with Online Deficiency System Web Application Support Services. Online Deficiency System Web Application Support Services shall include, but not be limited to: (1) ensuring that the Online Deficiency System Web Application, including all elements of its code, interface, graphical elements, storage systems, and any and all other components, is fully functional, operational, secure, and up to date; (2) on-call consulting support, troubleshooting, and end-user support.; (3) providing of consulting services for system upgrades in both live and test environments; (4) providing training to BPCA or its partners, in the use of the Online Deficiency System Web Application and its sub-systems.
