Specifications include, but are not limited to: Suffolk County Community College (College) invites Proposal(s) from qualified firms to design and provide online comprehensive training, customized for employees in a higher education setting, particularly a nonresidential community college, in such areas as: • Discrimination • Sexual Violence Prevention (including sexual harassment prevention, Title VII, Title IX, NY State 129-B and topics covered by the Violence Against Women Act including domestic violence, dating/intimate partner violence, stalking, etc.) • Unlawful Harassment (including Title VII, ADA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, Age Discrimination, etc.) • Bullying Prevention • Diversity, Inclusion and/or Cultural Competence • Hazard Communication (Right to Know) • Workplace Violence Prevention • Accessibility, including web accessibility and electronic information technology (EIT) accessibility • Cybersecurity and information technology security/controls • Data privacy, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) • PCI Compliance
