(A.) The Contractor shall enter the real property located at 448-450 Van Wyck Lake Road, Fishkill, New York (Tax Map No. 6355-00-028226) and remove all unregistered vehicles on the property at that time. (B.) At least two business days prior to entering the said property to remove the said vehicles, the Contractor shall send a letter to “Ms Joanne Tedesco, 203 S. Mountain Road, Wappingers Falls, New York 12590” via certified mail return receipt requested, with a copy to the Town of Fishkill at the above-listed address, providing notice of the date and approximate time that the Contractor will be entering the said property for the purpose of removing all unregistered vehicles on the property. (C.) In the event that Ms. Tedesco or other individuals attempt to hinder or interfere with the removal of the unregistered vehicles, the Contractor shall not enter the said property but, rather shall contact the Town to obtain assistance from the Town’s Police Department in the removal of the vehicles.
