Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rehabilitation services may include: • Troubleshooting and repair of chlorine booster pumps that is not responding to the controller and not turning on to feed chlorine into the pool. • Troubleshooting the chlorine feeder as it is not feeding chlorine into the pool and needs diagnosis to determine pump issues. • A call for service to handle a cracked chemical tank that needs repair or replacement. • Work could be in pool mechanical rooms and/or in underground vaults. • Site excavation and replacement of leaking supply and return piping. • Servicing, Replacement, and maintenance of City of Buffalo splash pad features, systems, control panels, breaker boxes, and spray heads • The following list indicates the type of services necessary to close and winterize. o Drain and lubricate all pumps that are so constructed to be drained o Uncover and drain strainer and chemical feeders o Drain all bathhouse fixtures o Add winterizing chemicals, and add antifreeze to appropriate fixtures
