The Trust seeks proposals to consult and perform on-call services as described below. It is anticipated that the proposer will provide services in one or more of the Categories outlined in Section I of this RFP. Proposers may, but are not required to, include potential subconsultants as part of the proposal. Once the Contract is executed and future tasks are defined, the selected Consultant may propose appropriate subconsultants to the Trust; all sub-consultants must be approved by the Trust in writing. A. SERVICES 1. Public Art Fabrication and Exhibition Design Services related to indoor and outdoor small, mid, and large-scale public art projects and commissions, and exhibitions. • Design consultation • Feasibility and assessment report • Drawings, renderings, and prototyping • Materials assessment and cost • Materials procurement and sourcing • Detailed production schedule • Fabrication of artwork and other relevant materials as needed for the project • Site assessment • Suggested wayfinding and signage for exhibition 2. Public Art Installation Services related to indoor and outdoor small, mid, and large-scale public art projects, commissions, and exhibitions. • Feasibility and site assessment report • Detailed artwork installation plan • Detailed list of vehicles and personnel needed to complete the project • Detailed artwork installation schedule • Project Management to keep installation timeline on track B. PROJECT-BASED SERVICES The Trust may, within its sole discretion, solicit requests for Services under any Contract arising from this RFP as followings (each request, a “Project Assignment”): 1) Consultant(s) will be expected to respond to each Project Assignment by, among any other additional requirements under its Contract, submitting a response including: 2) The Consultant’s approach to the Project Assignment 3) Project timeline for all tasks 4) Personnel that would be assigned to the project and any subconsultants the Consultant would engage with to move the project forward 5) An estimate of fees in accordance with the Staff and Fee Schedule as set forth in its Contract with the Trust
