Proposers, through their in-house staff and/or through sub-consultants, will be expected to offer all disciplines of engineering design. Project assignments may include, but not be limited to, the design of various building components, building envelope restorations, mechanical, electrical and plumbing system renovations, fire-protection and fire-alarm systems, structural modifications, security systems, civil/site engineering, Commissioning, and Enhanced Commissioning. Interested firms will also need to provide engineers, AutoCad and Revit draftspersons, cost estimators, project managers, commissioning agents, and value-engineering professionals. In order to be considered for the award of a contract, the firm, or at least one of the principals, must be a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York.
