Scope of services shall include but may not be limited to the following services: a. Special Education Related Services including but not limited to OT, PT, BCBA b. Nursing Services 2. Within each of the above areas, services shall consist of but are not limited to: a. Service based on individual student IEPs if applicable; b. Consult with educational and other related services staff to maximize intervention and ensure carryover of treatment goals; c. Comply with Federal, State and local statutes, rules and ordinances, including FERPA and HIPAA, in relation to the confidentiality and safeguarding of student and District records. 3. All services shall be provided in strict compliance with the student’s IEP if applicable. 4. Services will be rendered to students receiving instruction in the District’s schools; private/parochial schools; or home setting. Proposers are required to be licensed and qualified to perform the services set forth herein. All proposers performing services for the District shall be licensed under the laws of the State of New York, inclusive of the State Education Department Licensing requirements. Proposers shall certify that all individuals performing services possess documentation evidencing such license qualifications as required by federal, state or local statutes, rules regulations and orders.
