1. Implementation of a Network Monitoring and Threat Response Service, we plan to deploy a managed detection and response (MDR) system capable of providing 24/7 monitoring, advanced threat detection, and rapid incident response. This service will help us identify potential cyberattacks, particularly ransomware, and mitigate them before they can cause significant damage. The system will be built to scale with our needs, offering ongoing updates as new threats emerge. 2. Enhancing Network Infrastructure and Defenses to further protect against ransomware and other attacks, we will implement endpoint detection and protection systems. 3. The Respondent is required to provide a cost to provide services based on a 12-month service agreement. The Owner reserves the right to extend this contract with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions. Extensions must be agreed to by both parties to extend the service offering.
