Contractor’s services will consist of car service from New York City to all 5 Boroughs, the TriState Area, and occasionally outside of the Tri-State Area. We have approximately 100 rides per month, the majority of which occur weeknights between the hours of 8:00pm-1:00am, with a very small number of rides occurring during daytime hours. The car service must be available 24/7, and cars shall be available with no more than a 15 minute wait time from the time requested for pickup. Services shall be provided upon request of authorized Department staff only, documented on an electronic receipt (via text or email) presented to the passenger at the time of service, and be available on the Department’s account page on the Contractor’s website. The Department reserves the right to contact the TLC to verify Vendor’s status as a black car service and to seek information concerning the Vendor’s performance as a FHV provider. The anticipated contract term is November 30 , 2024 to November 29, 2027.
