Neuropsychological Evaluation Services to be Provided: ● Provide New York State licensed psychologists who are Board Certified in Neuropsychology to provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to students referred by the school district, or approved to an Independent Educational Evaluation by the Committee on Special Education. ● Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations will incorporate and consider all previous evaluations conducted by the District, and will encompass the student’s medical, cognitive, academic, social, emotional, visual-motor, attention, executive reasoning, sensory processing, problem solving and behavioral skills. ● All Neuropsychological evaluations are to be completed in compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, and in accordance with District policies and procedures governing evaluations, informed consent, and independent educational evaluations, as applicable. ● All evaluations must not exceed the maximum allowable costs set forth in the District’s procedure for Independent Educational Evaluations. ● All Neuropsychological Evaluation reports must be provided directly to the school district along with an invoice in order to process payment for the evaluation. ● The neuropsychologist will include direct feedback to parents/guardians and participation in the Committee on Special Education meeting in which the neuropsychological evaluation will be initially reviewed by the CSE.
