Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Work to be furnished by the selected firm responding to this RFP is to provide the deliverables, perform the tasks, and meet the requirements listed below and discussed in detail in the following sections. The Proposer will be expected to fulfill and provide high quality noncredit online course offerings that meet or exceed the expected standards of the College and provide the following covered services. a) Curriculum - Provide detailed course content that ensures the instructors deliver quality online programs in personal enrichment and professional development. Curriculum and/or course outlines will be provided to the College for review prior to Proposer engagement. b) Instructor Recruitment and Placement - Identify and screen instructors for every course with College review and approval. c) Delivery Options/Technical Framework/Reporting Tools - Provide online user interface and technical support for registration, online learning offerings and blended-learning solutions, if needed. Provide the College with data in regard to testing, certifications, registrations, completion reporting and payments. Manage any possible externship placements. d) Customer Service - Ensure that the goals and objectives of the program are met. Address student questions and concerns. Update course catalog and course descriptions as needed. e) Registration - Administer all registrations, payments, cancellations, late and refund policy procedures, and certificates. Proposer must submit a copy of its refund policy with its proposal.
