Specifications include, but are not limited to: Working under the general direction of the Port Authority’s Facility Security Operations – Security Manager, or his/her designated representative(s), the Contractor shall be responsible for providing all the services set forth in this Specifications to the Port Authority in accordance with this Contract. These Specifications relate generally to the performance of the following: a) performance of Preventative Maintenance (routine and scheduled), and b) performance of unscheduled Remedial Maintenance (as needed), associated with primarily field Equipment such as access control, card readers, panels, cameras, intercom stations, intercom nodes, media converters, and other security field devices. CCTV components including cameras, encoders, decoders, media converters, interfaces, switches, and other security System technologies (i.e. analytics, special sensors).
