1. Provide targeted intensive technical assistance, training, and evaluation through an action research approach in the courts across the seven (7) participating counties (Kings, Bronx, Erie, Monroe, Nassau, Suffolk, and Oneida) engaged in youth gun violence prevention and community-based violence prevention initiatives in the Youth Parts. 2. Collaborate with the UCS Office for Justice Initiatives/Division of Youth and Emerging Adult Justice (the “Project Team”) to determine the most effective strategies to support education and training for Judges in the Youth Parts, emerging adult courts, and Juvenile Delinquency courts. 3. Assist in planning a minimum of five (5) regional in-person trainings each year with a focus on youth gun violence prevention education. The audience would consist of multidisciplinary teams including, but not limited to: judges, court attorneys, clerks, resource coordinators, and community stakeholders. 4. Collaborate with Project Team and stakeholders from the seven (7) pilot sites to support the development and implementation of both in-person and virtual programming to engage judges, court professionals, community stakeholders, and youth-serving organizations. 5. Plan and facilitate training programs and/or webinars on topics related to youth gun violence prevention, community-based interventions, trauma-informed practices, and other relevant issues. These programs and/or webinars are in addition to the five (5) regional annual trainings. 6. Develop and disseminate resource materials, including toolkits, tip sheets, bench cards, or handouts, to complement training efforts and support ongoing education and capacity-building. Separate sets of materials shall be developed relative to each training topic. 7. Provide subject matter expertise, curriculum development, and logistical support to ensure highquality, accessible training content aligned with grant objectives. 8. Assist in collecting and maintaining all data as required by the Grantor. 9. Maintain documentation (such as project logs, reports, and records) in appropriate files and database(s). 10.
