Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a joint request of The Wayne-Finger Lakes Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Monroe #1 Board of Cooperative Educational Services, and Monroe 2-Orleans Board of Cooperative Education Services (the "BOCES"), acting on behalf of the BOCES and its component school districts (the "Participants"), requests sealed bids from duly qualified and eligible leasing entities (the "Lessor") to provide lease financing for the acquisition of certain equipment or the refinancing of equipment leases (the "Equipment") under a Master Lease Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement"). Each Participant will have the obligation for its individual lease purchase agreement(s). Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES is acting as lead agent for receipt and review of vendor proposals, which will be awarded to one entity by the BOCES.
