1. Franklin County wishes to maintain a single source vendor to provide labor and parts (including toner) to maintain and repair all existing printing and copying equipment. The county wishes to stay with the current fleet. (See attached list for make and model) Vendor will perform all work, subcontracting to another company will not be allowed. 2. Franklin County wishes to continue using "fleet rates" and will be charged for actual usage for each device under contract. Fleet rates will consist of "per copy costs" Rates will include all costs of service, toner and remote/ onsite engineering support. 3. Provide a contact number for customer service orders and report of trouble with devices 4. Provide 2 hour maximum response time on an Emergency repair call 5. Provide software that allows for secure remote monitoring of connected copiers and printers on the Counties network and monitors meter reads, error reads. Error codes, and toner levels. 6. Provide IT staff with access to web interface into monitoring software for real- time "on demand" access to data about printer usage, resource consumption, and performance. 7. Provide free removal and recycling of all obsolete equipment taken out of service.
