Scope of Work: Inspections: Performed two (2) times per year. The purpose of this inspection to repair and put the equipment back into good running condition if it is needed. For this purpose any parts required, not specifically mentioned elsewhere, and any additional travel time and/or labor to install these parts will be charged to the generator owner at regular established rates. A written report to be given to Town upon completion of inspection. Regularly Scheduled Maintenance: Performed once (1) per year including checking system. Change the oil and filters annually. Agreement Terms: Agreement period to be for a two (2) year period with an additional two (2) year renewal at same rate. Initial term period shall be from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2027. Minimum amount of annual Inspections per unit is two (2). Minimum amount of PM Service per unit is one (1). Annual Inspections and PM Service to be performed approximately six (6) months apart from each other. Inspections take place during regular business hours. Cancelation to be in written form with at least sixty (60) days' notice. The Town of Irondequoit reserves the right to consider a proposal or modifications thereof received at any time before a contract is awarded, if such action is in the best interest of the Town of Irondequoit.
